1. Role of the platform

Revikolo connects sellers and buyers of used industrial machines in Switzerland. Revitalize Sàrl is neither the seller, nor the buyer, nor an intermediary in the transaction: the sales contract is concluded directly between the parties, who freely agree on the price, payment, delivery and warranties.

No commission is charged on completed sales.

2. User account

Creating an account is free of charge. You undertake to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all actions carried out from your account.

Companies and dealers provide their UID number (Swiss business identification number), which is checked against the federal register and then approved by the platform team.

3. Publishing listings

The seller warrants that they are entitled to sell the machine, that the information and photos published are accurate and that they hold the rights to them. The seller describes the condition of the machine and any defects honestly.

After the first publication, the identity of the machine (type, category, make, model, year, serial number) is locked and the price can no longer be increased. These rules protect buyers against misleading listings.

Listings may be reviewed before publication. The platform may refuse, suspend or remove a listing that breaches these terms or the law, stating the reason to the seller.

The seller marks the listing as sold as soon as the sale is concluded.

4. Pricing

During the launch phase ("founding members" offer), publishing is free of charge. Thereafter, listings with a value below the free threshold remain free; all others are subject to the prices displayed on the platform at the time of publication, payable in advance. Prices are stated incl. Swiss VAT; an invoice showing the VAT is sent after each payment. Payment is made online, by card or TWINT (provider: Stripe). Amounts paid are not refunded if the seller withdraws the listing; they are refunded if the platform definitively refuses the listing.

5. Messages and conduct

Messages are intended for exchanges relating to listings. The following are prohibited: unsolicited advertising, unlawful, abusive or misleading content, collecting other users' data and any attempt at fraud.

For your safety, never pay a deposit without having verified the identity of the seller and the existence of the machine.

To prevent scams, messages are checked automatically (IBANs, links, high-risk payment requests). At the start of an exchange, a highly suspicious message may be held back and checked by the platform team before it is delivered; the number of first contacts per day is limited for new accounts. A conversation can be reported; in the event of fraud, the account may be suspended and the people it has exchanged messages with are informed.

6. Liability

Revitalize Sàrl is not a party to the transactions and accepts no liability for the accuracy of listings, the solvency of users or the conformity of machines. The liability of Revitalize Sàrl is limited to damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

The platform is provided as is; service interruptions may occur for maintenance or in the event of force majeure.

7. Content and rights

By publishing a listing, you grant Revitalize Sàrl the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display it, translate it automatically and distribute it on the platform and for the platform's promotion, for the duration of publication.

8. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time. The platform may suspend or close an account in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these terms.

9. Governing law and place of jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the operator (Val Terbi, canton of Jura), subject to mandatory places of jurisdiction.
